Ploughman's Lunch

This was today's lunch; my take on the "traditional" Ploughman's Lunch.



-bread with olive oil, grilled
-spicy stuffed olives
-apples
-pecarino cheese
-smoked salmon + dill cream cheese
-smoked herring
-salami + other meats
-white wine
